Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Specialist at JAS serves as the primary contact for customers, handling all duties related to the special account portfolio and interfacing between operations and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication between internal departments and customers, ensuring smooth operations and sales support.
• Drive volume growth and gross profit through cross‑selling initiatives and new revenue streams.
• Acquire new import, export, and local service traffic, including post‑landing and customs clearance opportunities.
• Analyze billing complaints, coordinate investigations, and keep customers updated.
• Compile statistics and prepare accurate data reports for target accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask, meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer‑oriented with problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Experience using operational systems such as C1 or Forward.
