Advanced Associate, Customer Service

About the role

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate in Customer Service to join the Digital Implementation team. The role focuses on facilitating the rollout of Pearson’s digital learning platforms, ensuring customers are prepared for immediate success.

Key responsibilities

• Clearly communicate digital platform setup requirements, onboarding expectations, and implementation processes to customers and stakeholders.
• Educate customers on platform management capabilities and best practices to simplify adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive implementations through to completion in a timely manner.
• Identify and address the needs of internal and external customers to optimise processes.
• Plan and execute actions that reinforce the adoption of digital platforms and products.
• Perform administrative tasks within digital platforms, including user creation, course administration, and instance management.

Required profile

• Strong alignment with Pearson’s culture and values.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in project, process, or customer management.
• Experience working with web‑based technologies.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish (C1) and English (B2).
• Collaborative working style with the ability to develop productive relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Effective interaction with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
