About the role

The Bilingual Reservation Agent will be responsible for selling hotel rooms and ensuring reservation details are accurate, personalized, and aligned with Four Seasons’ luxury standards. This position supports both hotel and residence bookings, providing a seamless experience for guests in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage multiple telephone reservation inquiries efficiently and courteously, using guests' names and directing calls to appropriate extensions.
• Maintain reservation and communication standards across all channels.
• Process hotel and residence bookings made directly or through external channels with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Complete room reservations for any stay period, understanding room types, rates, and special services.
• Create concierge requests when needed and accurately handle In‑Room Dining orders during peak periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in customer‑service roles, preferably in reservations.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) – spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Opera property management system.
