AI Engineer (Hubspot & Integrations)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer with deep HubSpot and systems‑integration expertise to design, develop and optimise AI‑powered business solutions. The role will combine AI application development, prompt engineering and API integration to improve operational efficiency, customer engagement and data‑driven decision‑making across our healthcare platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI‑enabled applications, workflows and automation using Large Language Models.
• Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot, CRM, EHR and other business applications via APIs and middleware.
• Create, test and refine prompts, AI agents and workflows to enhance response accuracy and user experience.
• Configure HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service and CMS hubs, including workflows, reporting and data management.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, sales, customer service and product teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports and data models to monitor performance, measure KPIs and generate actionable insights.
• Conduct end‑to‑end testing, troubleshooting and performance monitoring of AI and integration solutions.
• Maintain data quality, governance, security and documentation across integrated systems.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integration tools, recommending improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on AI, automation and HubSpot capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, marketing technology, automation or AI‑related roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS) and workflow automation.
• Proven track record integrating business applications through APIs, web services or integration platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Llama or similar) and prompt engineering.
