AI-Forward Graphic Designer (Meta Static Ads)

About the role

We are looking for a tech‑savvy Graphic Designer who can leverage generative AI to produce high‑converting static ads for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The position is fully remote, works US business hours, and offers a clear focus on speed, quality and direct‑response performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver large volumes of static image ads optimized for Facebook and Instagram.
• Use generative AI tools to create on‑brief visual assets quickly.
• Perform quality control, touch‑ups and formatting to eliminate AI artifacts and meet brand standards.
• Apply graphic design principles—hierarchy, typography, strong calls‑to‑action—to maximise clicks and conversions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Comfortable working full‑time during US EST hours from any location in Latin America.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to spot and fix AI‑generated glitches.
• Adaptable mindset that embraces AI‑driven workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency with generative AI imagery tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E).
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Canva or Figma for final touches and layout.
• Understanding of Meta ad specifications, aspect ratios and text‑to‑image limits.
