AI Native Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI‑Native Application Developer to lead the creation, delivery, and operation of production software using AI‑driven development workflows. The role focuses on directing AI agents to generate end‑to‑end applications across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and machine‑learning components.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of internal and client‑facing products, including web, mobile, backend services, and supporting infrastructure.
• Design system architecture, AI agent workflows, prompts, evaluation frameworks, and review processes to ensure reliable, production‑ready output.
• Provision and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure using AI‑generated infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Conduct rigorous reviews of AI‑generated code, run tests, identify security risks, and validate scalability.
• Manage Git and GitHub workflows, including branching strategies, pull requests, protected branches, merge queues, and GitHub Actions.
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into detailed specifications for AI agents.
• Build and maintain evaluation suites to measure quality and performance of AI‑generated code and ML models.
• Troubleshoot production issues by scoping problems and delegating investigations to AI agents.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of professional software development experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Proven transition to an AI‑first development workflow and hands‑on experience with modern agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agents).
• Advanced knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows with accountability for code merged into production.
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to guide AI agents on complex, multi‑file tasks.
