AI Native Security and Networking Specialist

About the role

PALO IT is seeking a Security and Networking Specialist to lead the security posture and networking design of its AI‑first platform. The role is based in Mexico City or Bogota and operates in a hybrid model, combining remote work with one office day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee security posture and networking policies from planning through execution.
• Conduct threat modelling, design secrets management, KMS, and token vault solutions.
• Scope penetration testing efforts and review remediation processes to ensure continuous vulnerability management.
• Implement Google Cloud security controls, including IAM, VPC, firewalls, and perimeter security.
• Manage API security, OAuth token handling, and harden containers/Kubernetes environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in security and networking roles.
• Proven expertise in threat modelling and security policy design.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud security services.
• Ability to lead pentesting initiatives and drive remediation.
