AI/ML Analyst

About the role

The AI Strategy Analyst drives AI adoption across Accommodations Plus International by identifying pain points and delivering measurable productivity gains through AI experimentation and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Run the AI experimentation portfolio: intake, hypothesis design, metric definition, outcome documentation, and decision‑making for go/no‑go and production graduation.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver organization‑wide training, communications, and enablement for Claude Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot, and produce a monthly AI scorecard.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to analyze and optimize internal AI utilization, surface high‑value use cases, and improve return on AI spend.

Required profile

• Fluent personal use of Claude (mandatory) and other enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong written communication skills capable of producing CEO‑ and board‑quality artifacts.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity within a small, fast‑moving team.
