Analista de Data Digital y Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Data and Reporting Analyst to transform data from multiple digital channels into clear, actionable insights. The role supports the optimisation of content, campaigns and digital experiences for our clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic digital performance reports for clients and internal teams.
• Consolidate information from various platforms, sources and databases.
• Clean, structure and validate data before analysis.
• Identify and resolve errors, duplicates, gaps or inconsistencies in data sources.
• Ensure traceability, consistency and quality of reported information.
• Analyse performance across Social Media, Web, App and digital campaigns.
• Define and prioritise KPIs aligned with communication, marketing and business objectives.
• Explain the relevance of each KPI and how it should be interpreted.
• Identify trends, key learnings and optimisation opportunities.
• Compare results against previous periods, objectives, historical performance and benchmarks.
• Translate data into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital analytics, reporting, social media analytics, digital marketing or database management.
• Experience managing and structuring databases.
• Strong ability to clean, validate and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and familiarity with connectors/APIs is a plus.
• Deep understanding of social‑media and digital‑analytics KPIs (reach, views, engagement, traffic, conversion, retention, loyalty).
• Ability to build measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Experience preparing executive‑level reports.
