Analyst – Analytics and Metrics

About the role

Mastercard Services is seeking an Analyst focused on analytics and metrics to support business transformation and revenue operations. The role involves partnering with multiple internal stakeholders to understand current processes, generate data‑driven insights, and implement optimized solutions that improve efficiency and drive smarter decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business environment and stakeholder pain points.
• Map current state processes through interviews, demos, and system analysis.
• Apply analytical frameworks to identify improvements, test hypotheses, and roll out optimized processes.
• Lead implementation efforts, ensuring desired outcomes and behavioral change.
• Create documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and user journey maps.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards for continuous monitoring and improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of revenue operations, preferably in B2B services.
• Experience driving business transformation and consulting on unstructured problems.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes, compliance (e.g., KYC), and sales productivity tools is a plus.
