Analyst, Analytics & Metrics

About the role

Mastercard’s Global Statistics / Quarterly Mastercard Reporting (QMR) team is looking for an Analyst, Analytics & Metrics to support the collection, validation and reporting of operational performance data. You will work closely with internal and external customers, using analytics to ensure data integrity and prevent revenue leakage.

Key responsibilities

• Support collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational data.
• Leverage analytics to identify and prevent revenue leakage.
• Provide analytical research for management discussions on QMR and switched activity.
• Deliver detailed, persuasive customer performance analytics.
• Support projects related to operational metrics, drivers and associated revenue.
• Communicate with customers to resolve inquiries quickly.
• Provide training and support on QMR topics to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation in internal tracking systems.
• Assist with quarterly QMR business updates to regional finance teams.
• Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who thrives under tight timelines.
• Intellectually curious with a focus on root‑cause analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• FP&A experience preferred.
• Experience with change management in an operational setting.
• Six Sigma certification a plus.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service orientation.
