Analyst, Finance Business Partner

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Analyst, Finance Business Partner to join its Business Finance Center (BFC) team in Bogota. The role supports the U.S. Customer Planning function by providing financial planning, analysis, and decision‑support services for customer accounts across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the financial close process, analysing customer‑level variances against budget, forecasts, and prior‑year actuals, including volume, revenue, rebates, incentives and expenses.
• Review and deliver business‑driven commentary to Americas Finance management.
• Develop the customer‑level annual plan, budget and monthly forecast / operating results.
• Create and maintain standardized financial reporting packages that include customer metrics, KPIs and revenue‑generation initiatives.
• Identify and communicate revenue risks and opportunities, and respond promptly to ad‑hoc information and analysis requests.

Required profile

• Finance professional with experience in financial close, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills for presenting commentary to senior finance stakeholders.
