Analytics & Metrics Analyst

About the role

Mastercard Services is looking for an Analyst – Analytics and Metrics to support business transformation and revenue operations. The role will partner with sales, product, delivery, compliance, technology and finance teams to improve processes and drive data‑based decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business environment and current state processes through stakeholder interviews and system demos.
• Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Apply analytical frameworks and data‑driven insights to test hypotheses and design optimized processes.
• Lead implementation of new processes, ensuring desired outcomes and behavioral change.
• Create documentation such as SOPs, process flows and user journey maps.
• Define success KPIs, build high‑quality dashboards and monitor performance.
• Continuously drive efficiency improvements based on KPI analysis.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B services.
• 2‑4 years of experience in business transformation or consulting.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
