Appointment Setter (On-site, Colombia)

About the role

The Appointment Setter at GLOBAL BS LLC will contact prospective and existing clients to introduce company services and secure qualified appointments for the sales team. This on‑site position in Colombia requires consistent collaboration with local team members and adherence to performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads.
• Manage appointment calendars and schedule qualified meetings.
• Update records in CRM or scheduling systems accurately.
• Confirm appointment details and handle basic client inquiries.
• Ensure a smooth handoff of prospects to sales representatives.

Required profile

• Ability to set and schedule appointments accurately and timely.
• Experience in lead generation, including identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation to address questions and resolve minor concerns.
• Comfort working on‑site in Colombia with reliable attendance and time management.
• Basic proficiency with CRM or scheduling software and general computer literacy.
• Target‑driven mindset, able to manage call volumes and adapt to feedback.
• Prior experience in sales support, call centre, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
