Architect & Interior Designer

About the role

KECH Development is seeking an Architect & Interior Designer to support its real‑estate portfolio. The role blends architectural design, interior planning, and executive support for the CEO, focusing on projects in Miami and special initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare real‑estate appraisal reports and assist the CEO in evaluating new development opportunities.
• Develop architectural concepts, detailed construction drawings, and interior design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, acting as the CEO’s liaison.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation while ensuring compliance with local codes.
• Provide proactive, high‑level executive support, anticipating needs and delivering timely solutions.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience in interior design, space planning, material selection, and furniture layout.
• Ability to work on‑site in Medellín and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Colombian building codes, sustainability principles, and progress toward professional licensure is a plus.
