Architect (Revit) – Project Coordination & Construction Drawings

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit experience to lead the production of detailed construction documentation and coordinate multidisciplinary projects. The role involves creating high‑quality 3D renderings, ensuring code compliance, and delivering precise drawings for Department of Buildings approval.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, and wall typologies for DoB approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Create high‑quality 3D renderings using Lumion (or equivalent software).
• Develop comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Model and maintain accurate Revit models that meet architectural and construction standards.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent and construction requirements.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong architectural or engineering background with verifiable experience.
• Professional attitude, solid written and verbal communication, and teamwork orientation.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
