Architect – Revit Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead the production of construction documentation and coordinate multidisciplinary projects. The successful candidate will ensure all deliverables meet building, zoning, and Department of Buildings (DoB) standards while maintaining high‑quality 3D models.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, sections, elevations, and wall typologies for DoB approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Create high‑quality 3D renderings using Lumion (or comparable software).
• Develop comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Model, update, and maintain accurate Revit models in line with architectural and construction standards.
• Ensure all designs are code‑compliant, meet client expectations, and adhere to project deadlines.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly convey design intent and construction requirements.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong, verifiable architectural or engineering background.
• Experience preparing drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
• Ability to provide timely updates on drawing completion and workload.
• Professional attitude, solid communication skills, and strong teamwork orientation.
