Architect – Revit Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong experience in Revit to lead the production of construction documentation and coordinate architectural projects. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality drawings, 3D renderings, and maintain accurate Revit models while ensuring compliance with building and zoning codes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, sections, elevations, and wall typologies for Department of Buildings approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Create high‑quality 3D renderings using Lumion (or equivalent software).
• Develop comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Model and maintain accurate Revit models that meet architectural and construction standards.
• Ensure all designs are code‑compliant, meet client expectations, and adhere to project deadlines.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required profile

• Strong, verifiable engineering or architectural background.
• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Ability to self‑organize, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
• Professional attitude with solid written and verbal communication skills.
