Associate Analyst – Franchise Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Analyst to support its Franchise Services program. The role will partner with internal and external stakeholders across the Global Business Solutions Center, helping to improve processes and enhance the customer experience throughout the franchise lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks for franchise programs and respond to routine customer requests and issues.
• Identify and report potential risks or issues, and detect gaps in procedures.
• Interact with corporate and business units, and collaborate globally to address regional requirements.
• Participate in small to medium cross‑functional projects, focusing on specific work streams.
• Work with data analytics to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Assist in training new team members and maintaining procedural documentation.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the transaction lifecycle and dispute resolution.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Experience working with internal business units and shared‑services environments.
• Ability to understand complex processes within franchise program services.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
