About the role
The Associate position in BCG Bogotá is an entry‑level consulting role designed for recent graduates or professionals with up to four years of experience. Associates join project teams across various industries, contributing to the development of strategic solutions for BCG’s clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate actionable insights.
- Support the formulation of strategies and recommendations for client engagements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior team members and clients.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and briefings.
- Travel to client sites as project requirements dictate.
Required profile
- Colombian citizenship or legal authorization to work in Colombia.
- Recent graduate or up to four years of professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse project contexts and work environments.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
