Associate Director Client Services

About the role

The Associate Director, Client Services provides strategic leadership for the Client Services function, shaping vision, priorities, and operational standards. You will guide Project Managers who act as trusted advisors for internal clients and partner with senior business unit leaders to align initiatives with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership to Project Managers serving as primary contacts for internal clients.
• Guide Project Managers in understanding client needs and developing strategies that exceed business objectives.
• Collaborate with all business units to maintain and continuously update the strategic calendar, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Oversee planning and execution of marketing and communications projects, coordinating with Creative teams and key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets, campaigns, and initiatives in compliance with corporate and brand guidelines.
• Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships across the organization to support seamless project execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience managing projects, preferably within a marketing or communications agency.
• Strong project‑management capabilities, including handling multiple internal stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Project management software such as JIRA, DOMO, Insider or similar.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
