Associate Product Specialist – Digital Safari Operations

About the role

Mastercard’s Data & Services team is looking for an Associate Product Specialist to support the operational and administrative side of its flagship thought‑leadership program, Digital Safari. The role sits within the Learning and Innovation product management group and helps scale a global program that brings senior banking leaders together to explore digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity and more.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for Digital Safari events across multiple global locations.
• Manage program documentation, speaker schedules, and attendee communications.
• Support the creation and distribution of program materials, including presentations and post‑event insights.
• Collaborate with internal product teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Track program metrics and assist in reporting outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑visibility program or event environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones.
