Attorney – Personal Injury Specialist (Bogotá)

About the role

Salutem, a US‑based company headquartered in Texas, is seeking bilingual legal professionals to join its Bogotá team. The role focuses on managing Personal Injury cases for US law firms, offering international exposure and hands‑on experience from intake through settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury cases throughout the lifecycle, from intake to settlement.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing case updates and coordinating medical treatment.
• Request and organize medical records, bills, and other documentation.
• Follow up with insurance companies and adjusters, and assist with settlement demands.
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and collaborate with attorneys, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Law degree.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Personal Injury law.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

What we offer

• Monthly compensation of approximately COP 3,932,512 (USD 1,228.91), adjusted for exchange rates and hours worked.
• Full‑time schedule (40 hours/week) with bi‑weekly payments.

• Independent contractor arrangement providing flexibility and international exposure.
