Auto Hauling Carrier Sales Representative

About the role

Circle Logistics, a growing third-party logistics company, is hiring an Auto Hauling Carrier Sales Representative for its Colombia team. The role coordinates vehicle transportation, negotiates rates with carriers and builds strong relationships so that deliveries are efficient and on time. The schedule is weekdays, with weekends when needed, and advanced English is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate freight rates with auto hauling carriers.
• Source, develop and maintain relationships with reliable vehicle transport carriers.
• Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries across different locations.
• Manage daily shipments and ensure timely transportation.
• Monitor market conditions, carrier availability and pricing trends.
• Communicate load details, updates and requirements to carriers and internal teams.
• Resolve transportation issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Identify opportunities to expand the carrier network and improve operational efficiency.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance and sales goals.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and updates in internal systems.

Required profile

• Advanced English, spoken and written (mandatory).
• Must reside in Colombia (mandatory).
• Experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, logistics or account management preferred; auto hauling or vehicle transportation experience is a strong plus.
• Strong negotiation, sales and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and to multitask.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
