About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen and Service Assistant to join our catering team at GCG in Bogota. The role supports the preparation and assembly of meals for institutional clients, airline crews, and passengers, ensuring every dish follows our high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food products using standard recipes, cuts, and presentation specifications.
• Produce cold and hot services according to production orders for institutional customers and flight crews.
• Execute hot and cold plating following client manuals, including exact weights and presentation.
• Monitor the cold storage of raw materials and in‑process products to support production planning.
• Pre‑prepare raw materials as directed by the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure all food items meet required gramage and preparation standards.
• Maintain HACCP records and comply with food safety procedures.

• Ability to follow detailed recipes and client specifications.
• Attention to detail in weighing and presenting food.
• Commitment to food safety and HACCP compliance.
