About the role

The Laundry Assistant is responsible for the full cycle of washing, drying, ironing, folding, packaging and delivering guests' personal garments at the Four Seasons resort in Cartagena. The role ensures garments are handled correctly and presented impeccably, supporting the resort’s high‑standard guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate washing, drying and ironing equipment to process guest laundry according to the appropriate program.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area, separating dirty items correctly before weighing and loading.
• Inspect items to prevent mixing of articles that could damage, stain or contaminate garments.
• Record each load and garment movement in the logbook, following established protocols.
• Package and dispatch cleaned garments to guests promptly.

• Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reliability in maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Team‑oriented attitude, supporting the laundry supervisor and housekeeping leadership.

Required skills
