Axiom Consultant – Software Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Axiom Consultant is responsible for implementing and configuring our software platform for clients, ensuring successful installations both onsite and remotely. You will work closely with customers to define requirements, deliver training, and support sales with technical insights.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure software according to project plans and best practices.
• Perform installation and technical setup of the platform at client sites or via remote connections.
• Conduct customer workshops to capture detailed product requirements.
• Configure and customize the solution to meet agreed functional specifications.
• Prepare training materials and deliver product training to end‑users and administrators.
• Provide functional, technical, and project information to sales for proposal development.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the product and related technologies.
• Execute administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues across departments.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interest and experience in software implementation and process management.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently on client sites or remotely.
