About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth in Colombia. The role focuses on acquiring and expanding key corporate accounts, building strategic partnerships, and exploring non‑traditional channels to generate sustainable revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across corporate, institutional and partner channels such as enterprises, hospitality, airlines, banks, real estate, and incentive programs.
  • Build, manage and prioritize a qualified sales pipeline aligned with annual revenue targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, deal closing and post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Create customized commercial proposals, product bundles and pricing structures based on client needs and profitability goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including contracts, pricing terms and service‑level agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance and supply‑chain teams to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing benchmarks to identify white‑space opportunities.
  • Track sales performance and pipeline health using CRM and internal reporting tools, preparing regular forecasts and business reviews.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development with a proven record of closing mid‑ to high‑value deals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and professional English; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
