About the role

The Hub is seeking a B2B Sales and Digital Ads Trainer to transform commercial knowledge into practical learning experiences. You will facilitate onboarding, deliver engaging training sessions, and develop materials that strengthen sales teams’ skills.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for new sales staff.
• Deliver engaging, practical training sessions on consultative selling and digital advertising.
• Develop and maintain training materials and practical exercises.
• Assess learning outcomes and reinforce key concepts to improve performance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience training B2B sales teams.
• Minimum 6 months experience in ad sales or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to identify development opportunities and reinforce learning.
• Up to 80 % English proficiency and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
