About the role

Global Pacific Support is looking for a skilled BDC Dealership Agent to manage inbound and outbound customer communications for partner dealerships. This remote position focuses on enhancing customer experience and supporting dealership operations.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Set appointments and manage a high volume of leads.
Support dealership operations through effective communication and follow‑up.

Required profile

Proven experience in a BDC or similar customer service/appointment‑setting role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems such as VinSolutions or DealerSocket.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work flexible hours, including weekends.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
