About the role

As a Beach Attendant with Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying the resort’s beachfront. Your friendly attitude and dedication to hospitality will help create memorable, safe, and comfortable beach experiences for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with an upbeat attitude, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate beach setup by confirming guest registrations, issuing towels, chairs, and umbrellas, and tracking inventory accurately.
• Maintain a clean and inviting beach area by collecting used towels, restocking supplies, and keeping displays orderly.
• Support daily beach operations and assist with additional tasks to enhance the overall guest experience.
