Bilingual Accounting & Tax Analyst (RDC)

About the role

TMF Group is looking for a bilingual Accounting & Tax Analyst to join its RDC team. You will work closely with local and international teams, ensuring the integrity of accounting data and supporting tax compliance for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Review the integrity and accuracy of accounting information received.
• Perform accounting processes in the system (sales, accounts receivable, inventory, taxes) in line with regulations.
• Prepare working papers supporting tax calculations and complete basic tax forms using templates.
• Support clients’ electronic accounting compliance and maintain positive tax compliance status.
• Safeguard accounting and tax documentation in internal systems.
• Assist in extracting reports (transaction listings, trial balances) for financial statement preparation under local standards.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or tax roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required).
