Bilingual Certificate Processing Assistant

About the role

Marsh is looking for a detail‑oriented Bilingual Certificate Processing Assistant to join its Bogota office. The role works a shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and starts with a three‑month on‑site period before moving to a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute Certificates of Insurance using industry‑standard forms.
• Verify that certificates meet company and regulatory requirements, including coverage limits and effective dates.
• Maintain accurate records in the certificates database and related systems.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients and brokers to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to streamline processing workflows.

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry (commercial or corporate preferred).
• Experience in fast‑paced customer service handling business documents.
