Bilingual Delivery Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Delivery Engineer to lead on‑site deployments, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance for our clients. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate fluently in English with both internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑site deployment, commissioning, operation and maintenance, overseeing full‑cycle project delivery.
• Liaise with local clients, resolve daily technical issues and address business requirements.
• Develop scripts, debug functions, and troubleshoot using Java and Python.
• Manage daily database operations, write SQL statements, resolve data anomalies, optimize indexes and performance, and perform backup and restoration.
• Operate Linux servers, handling service deployment, permission configuration, log analysis, process management and emergency troubleshooting.
• Assist in front‑end/back‑end joint debugging, identifying simple page‑related issues.
• Report project progress and risks, coordinate with external clients to ensure stable operation.
• Prepare delivery documents, operation & maintenance manuals, and technical guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and able to use it as a working language.
• Strong communication, logical thinking, adaptability and stress tolerance.
• Diligent, responsible, highly executable and team‑oriented with solid customer‑service awareness.
