Bilingual Freight Broker – International Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Freight Broker to join our international logistics team in Medellín. You will act as the liaison between clients and carriers, coordinating shipments across the United States, Mexico, and Canada while ensuring cost‑effective and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and clients.
• Manage end‑to‑end shipment processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and carriers.
• Monitor freight movements and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Handle documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven sales and commercial experience.
• Strong negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• At least 24 years old.
• Resides in Medellín or nearby areas.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to work onsite.

• Advanced English (B2+ or higher).
