Bilingual Insurance Renewal Analyst

About the role

Marsh is looking for a bilingual Insurance Renewal Analyst to join its Bogota office. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week on‑site and focuses on managing the end‑to‑end renewal process for insurance certificates such as COIs, liability and workers’ compensation documents.

Key responsibilities

• Track renewal timelines and verify policy details for accuracy, including insurer, coverage limits and expiration dates.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk Management, Procurement, Project Managers and Finance to obtain and deliver renewed certificates.
• Maintain audit trails, version control and a centralized repository to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
• Identify at‑risk renewals, implement remediation plans and escalate issues as needed.
• Generate regular reports from the Certificate Management System and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Technologist or professional degree with English proficiency.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or customer‑service transactional processes.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with certificate management or related systems (preferred).
