Bilingual Intake & Sales Manager (Remote)

About the role

Vasquez Law Firm is looking for a bilingual leader to manage both intake and consult sales operations remotely. You will ensure every potential client receives prompt, professional attention and guide leads through the first step of their legal journey.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end intake process and consult sales pipeline.
• Convert leads into qualified consultations while maintaining high service standards.
• Build and refine operational systems to support rapid growth.
• Coach and mentor a remote team to achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate with the firm’s AI‑driven ecosystem to improve speed and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in fast‑paced intake, sales, or client‑experience environments.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely from LATAM.
• Ability to create structure, set priorities, and drive results.
