Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (English/Spanish)

About the role

Join Bush & Bush Law Group as a Legal Intake Specialist, serving as the first point of contact for potential personal injury clients. This bilingual (English/Spanish) position combines customer service excellence with the critical task of gathering and documenting case information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from individuals involved in auto accidents, collect essential case details, and demonstrate empathy.
• Explain legal processes, answer client questions, and provide information about firm services.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and update electronic case management systems.
• Utilize Excel and other tools to track client data and support attorneys in case evaluation.
• Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals, including document preparation and organization.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in a legal environment or customer‑service/intake role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Genuine empathy and a desire to help clients during difficult times.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced use of Excel for data management.
