About the role

Join a leading personal injury law firm as the first point of contact for potential clients. You will handle inbound inquiries, gather essential case information, and support attorneys throughout the intake process. This role requires empathy, strong communication, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Professionally manage inbound calls from clients involved in auto accidents, collecting essential case details.
• Explain legal processes, answer client questions, and provide information about firm services.
• Document and organize client information in electronic systems, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with legal standards.
• Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals, including preparation and organization of documents.
• Navigate multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing urgent client needs.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in a legal environment or customer‑service/intake role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong customer‑service focus.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Genuine empathy and desire to assist clients during difficult times.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Excel for data tracking.
• Familiarity with case‑management software (a plus).
