Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager (English C1) – Onsite

About the role

Lawfficiency is looking for a bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to join its Medellín office. The role involves managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement while maintaining direct communication with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake to settlement.
• Coordinate medical treatment, appointments, and obtain medical records and billing.
• Verify insurance coverage, policy limits, claim numbers, and adjuster details.
• Prepare and deliver settlement demands and packages.
• Track statutes of limitation and critical deadlines.
• Maintain accurate documentation using case management software.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager (not a case assistant).
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in personal injury law firms is mandatory.
