Bilingual Recruiter – Logistics (Barranquilla)

About the role

We are expanding our recruitment team and need a bilingual Recruiter based in Barranquilla to support a U.S.-based logistics company. The role combines candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination with hiring managers in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for driver, warehouse, and dispatcher positions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and internal hiring teams.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the team.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Previous recruitment experience is highly valued.
• Organized, proactive, dynamic, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative, high‑energy setting.
