About the role
We are seeking a bilingual recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for logistics positions across the United States, working remotely from Colombia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
- Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other platforms.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate qualifications, communication skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent efficiently.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in transportation or logistics.
- Proven headhunting and sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience using ATS and other recruitment technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
