Bilingual Sales & Appointment Coordinator

About the role

The client, a portfolio of doctor‑led healthcare and wellness businesses, is looking for a bilingual Sales & Appointment Coordinator to drive patient acquisition and manage appointment scheduling across multiple brands. The role blends consultative sales, patient communication, and CRM administration while requiring fluency in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales calls with high‑quality concierge medicine leads and educate them on membership programs.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up through calls, email, SMS, and CRM workflows.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule consultations for the pain‑management practice.
• Confirm appointments, manage reminders, and reduce cancellations and no‑shows.
• Provide professional support for patient inquiries and coordinate scheduling across business lines.
• Maintain and update the CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate lead tracking.
• Assist with back‑office and administrative tasks during slower sales periods.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English with a neutral or American‑sounding accent; Spanish fluency required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
• Highly independent, able to take ownership of the sales process.
• Professional demeanor and empathy when handling patient interactions.

• Hourly pay ranging from $8 to $12 plus commissions.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM‑5 PM EST.
