Bilingual Sales & Appointment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales & Appointment Coordinator to join a growing portfolio of doctor‑led healthcare and wellness businesses. The role is full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm EST, and focuses on acquiring patients, setting appointments, and supporting sales across concierge medicine, pain‑management, and supplement lines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales calls with warm concierge‑medicine leads and educate them on membership and wellness services.
• Qualify inbound leads, schedule consultations for the pain‑management practice, and confirm appointments to minimise cancellations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects via phone, email, SMS and CRM workflows.
• Manage the CRM pipeline, update lead status, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Support back‑office and administrative tasks during slower sales periods, including supplement upsell assistance.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English with a neutral or American‑sounding accent; strong Spanish proficiency.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to build trust with both English‑ and Spanish‑speaking patients.
• Highly independent, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple business lines simultaneously.
