Bilingual Sales Executive

About the role

The Bilingual Sales Executive will join DACK’s agricultural trading team in Bogota, driving growth across our portfolio of pulses, grains, nuts, sugar and feed ingredients. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will manage client relationships in both Spanish and English, negotiate contracts and ensure seamless delivery of commodities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agricultural commodity market.
• Maintain and develop existing customer accounts, providing timely solutions to inquiries.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Prepare accurate market forecasts and maintain detailed sales records.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, relationship management and customer engagement.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities in both Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with agricultural commodities, supply‑chain processes or trading markets.
• Analytical mindset with experience in market research and forecasting.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while paying close attention to detail.
• Preferred degree in International Business, Agronomy or a related field.
