About the role
Join TaskUs as a Bilingual Teammate, providing top‑tier customer service through inbound/outbound calls, email, and live‑chat. You will represent the company’s commitment to world‑class support and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to email and live‑chat inquiries, and filter website content.
- Perform data research, basic troubleshooting, and resolve customer complaints while escalating priority issues.
- Document interactions per SOPs, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and meet client‑mandated KPIs.
Required profile
- Willingness to work cyclical schedules and handle high‑volume customer interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and within cross‑functional global teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Apple macOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM for voice and 35 WPM for non‑voice campaigns.
