Bilingual Waiter – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá is looking for a passionate bilingual waiter with a positive attitude and a desire to create memorable experiences for its guests. The role centres on delivering exceptional, personalised service in the hotel's dining areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and personalised service to guests.
• Advise guests on food and drinks, sharing menu recommendations and knowledge.
• Take and manage orders accurately using the hotel's systems.
• Coordinate service timing with the kitchen and other operational areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Ensure Four Seasons' service standards and sequence are met.
• Help set up and dismantle tables, stations and events when required.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a waiter in restaurants, hotels or high-end establishments.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Spirit of service and communication skills.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
