Billing Operations & Support Specialist

About the role

As a Billing Operations & Support Specialist at Naboo, you will provide high‑end customer support for both clients and suppliers, ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth dispute resolution. You will own the end‑to‑end support process while helping to shape the function as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reactive, high‑quality support to clients and suppliers within defined SLAs.
• Verify that past events have correct final amounts from each supplier.
• Ensure accurate invoicing of past events to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes.
• Own the full customer support process and execution.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, reporting on team performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and train junior team members.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer support role at a tech scale‑up.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Enjoy client interaction, teamwork, and have strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated use of AI or automation to improve operations.
• Motivated by serious challenges, high‑growth environments, and building processes from scratch.
