Brand & Visual Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Brand & Visual Designer to shape the visual identities of our international coffee‑industry events. Working remotely, you will collaborate with a diverse, remote‑first team to develop fresh, forward‑thinking designs for trade shows, awards, and related marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital designs that support marketing and strategic goals for each event.
• Create new graphics in line with existing brand guidelines while refreshing sub‑brands for each edition.
• Design assets for social media, websites, newsletters, print collateral, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate on regular calls and meetings to translate project briefs into striking visual solutions.
• Adapt and improve existing assets for multiple formats and platforms.
• Maintain consistent visual elements across all materials and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital design experience.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and within a remote team.
• Passion for innovation and comfort with frequent rebranding.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and strong communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
