Business Developer Assistant – Remote Sales Support

About the role

Virtual Emily Staffing is seeking a Business Developer Assistant to power its sales engine. Working directly with the CEO, you will support both inbound and outbound sales activities, helping the company scale its remote staffing services across the U.S. market.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email and automation tools.
• Answer inbound calls, qualify leads and schedule meetings.
• Coordinate AI‑driven outbound calling sequences.
• Maintain CRM data, update the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators.
• Build lead lists with the Virtual LeadGen system.
• Support conferences, networking events and follow‑up communications.
• Book free‑trial interviews with the HR Business Partner and prepare call briefs for the CEO.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with C1‑level English.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with CEOs.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple outreach sequences.
• Tech‑savvy and eager to grow into a Business Developer or Sales Representative role.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
• Proficiency in automation, scraping and AI calling tools.
• Ability to manage LinkedIn outreach and email sequencing.
